Right before the novel coronavirus pandemic began affecting all of our lives, Tim Forgerson and Karen Song joined my law practice. Tim has nearly forty years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses on real estate, business transactions, and incorporation matters. Currently, his practice focuses primarily on the representation of several major banks. Karen Song is a Chicago Title commercial escrow fee officer specializing in commercial real estate transactions and title matters. Tim and Karen’s Chicago Title Fee Office will be moving to my office. I am pleased that we have a Chicago Title Fee Office with the ability to close transactions and provide title insurance to our clients in-house. I believe this will be very convenient to many of my clients. I am so grateful that Tim has joined my firm because his perspective representing banks and lenders is invaluable right now as he is nothing short of an SBA banking expert.

Tim and Karen have moved to my office at 3010 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1022, Dallas TX, 75234. All of our emails, phone numbers, and my office address will remain the same. Our new firm name is Bajaria & Forgerson Law Group. A new logo and website will be forthcoming. We are open for business right now while complying with government guidelines to work remotely. Fortunately, we have a sophisticated phone system and file management system so we can work from home without any disturbance. We have also made arrangements to constantly check our office mail so we do not miss anything.
